Precisely,, your 100% correct. What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.
Yes we should get one
Well, CNN has been getting away with calling itself a news channel for the longest. Special privileges is their middle name, lol.
i'm not sure what prop guards have got to do with anything ..if you are flying over people and have a critical power failure ..the props are not spinning under power ..so the props won't hurt anyone ..but the falling drone will ..lol ..on the other hand ..if for whatever reason the drone decided to descend from it's 130 feet to 5 to 6 feet and go a hack and slash rampage ..then ofc the prop guards or prop cage would be highly regarded to protect the innocent ...either way if the requirements to get the waiver is to have a prop cage installed then their should be no bias towards a holder of a part 107 ..but this is not a fair and just world ..pockets get lined ..palms get greased and dinners get bought......
I thought the snap drone also broke apart on impact?
That's some crap!
I like your videos. Thanks for your truly great input. I just got mine a couple days ago and I love it. I already had a P 4. The Mavic works much better with my DJI Goggles!
Let's be real. The 'regulations' are being made by small minds, control freaks, supported by even more ignorant 'control freaks.' The perceived danger far out exceeds the probable or possible danger, and heaven help us, Americans must be controlled because if they're allowed the freedom to exercise their activities freely all bedlam would occur.
Love your blog. Informative and your humor is impeccable! Keep up the good work.
Don't apply for your own waiver. Apply to become party to the CNN waiver. Be able to show proof of an equivalent level of safety or more to the CNN's level and you can become part of that waiver.
CNN doesn't deserve a waiver. They can't even accurately report the news.
Good Point but I feel when it comes to CNN I sure if you put enough money down the FAA will give you a waiver. Here is Australia we have Google's sister company project wing have been given a waiver by CASA to fly FPV for a drone delivery Trial.
