March 17, 2022 at 2:02 pmHi Mate. I flew my Mini SE up to 170mtrs today but I could see that the gimbal was shacking in the footages. It was looking weird. I have never seen it till date. Is it normal and can be rectified using calibration or is it some serious issue?
Note: I got strong wind warning at 100 mtrs itself

March 17, 2022 at 2:02 pmThis video has been invaluable for me and I really appreciate the effort put into it. Two minor things that weren't mentioned though, the need to (and how to), calibrate the compass and that Battery care is quite complicated and worth researching.
For a landing pad, even a large piece of flat cardboard will do. It'll be far better than starting in the grass.

1. while flying mini SE at mountain it was 2-3 feet from ground when I was using left joystick to fly up but it was not working.
2. When drone was 300-440 mtr away from me it was loosing control and automatically moving to left for sometime
3. at the time of landing I was moving is towards me but instead it was going up and going up with speed automatically.
It seems weird but I faced it. I havn't found proper solution for it on internet. I am new in drone flying dji mini SE is my first drone.

March 17, 2022 at 2:02 pmBro… I flew my dji mini se indoor without guard just to check a feature but without knowing it lost control and hit my computer tabel which has some objects. Drone automatically turned off in 3-5 secs. But when I turned on again and took off, it was working fine.
I did not test it outside after this collision. Also i checked the propellor blades. No signs of damage or even scratches….
Any idea if minor collisions dont affect the drone?

March 17, 2022 at 2:02 pmGlad I watched. How to charge the battery for base Mini SE w/o hub was very good to know. Can't believe no charging brick comes with it? You say "any phone charger"? I'm on my 3rd phone and 4th phone battery thanks to different chargers (such as using a car USB port to charge my prior 2 now dead phones) frying the Lithium batteries in given phones. I do have a battery pack I could recharge with so may try that. Will buy my first Mini SE tomorrow (thanks to low cost to learn with) and probably just charge by plugging into my PC's USB port for now. Not expecting to fly a lot to begin with. But, I'm a little leery about using my Motorola phone's fast charging brick or perhaps the wife's Apple phone/iPad chargers. R U sure they will not kill the DJI batteries (drone or controller)? THANKS FOR THE GREAT INFO. 🙂
