March 13, 2022 at 4:20 amDO NOT BUY PARROT ANAFI!!! Some of the parrot controllers are faulty. There was was a fault with my controller being able to connect to my smartphone (having used it about 20 times). From reading various forums and comments (on youtube and trustpilot), this appears to be a common problem. And now Parrot won't replace my controller. They keep on telling me to contact Drones Direct (the seller). Also other important thing to note, there is no Parrot customer service telephone number in the UK.
