March 13, 2022 at 1:17 pmI tested it yesterday with iphone 11. About a 30 second lag and audio was horrible. After talking with a friend that has been using it quite a bit, he has found newer devices, audio is worse, the older the phone or tablet is, the better. I have a 2017 ipad, going to try it out on that soon. Super easy to set up, just took a few tries and a phone reboot to get it to work.

March 13, 2022 at 1:17 pmNorthing wrong with your video, but the technology for DJI just isn't there. I use both an Android (Samsung S10+) and iPad Mini (5th gen). First, I'm confused at why DJI didn't follow the same bitrate format across platforms and the audio is terrible. I get echo and breakup and that's with a 700/40 Internet speed, right near my WiFi access point. At one point, I thought it might be YouTube, so I attempted to create a MonaServer (internal RTMP) and that doesn't work because it relies on Adobe Flash Player which is no longer supported. I used RMTP for over a decade with video cameras and a Wowza server and also YouTube for live music events. Never had an issue.

March 13, 2022 at 1:17 pmI did exactly this and it does not work at all. I got literally 1 out of 10 to actually work and be viewable on YouTube so who knows. I know it’s capable of working because of the one time but hardly stable or reliable. And also there should be a way to see that you truly are live-streaming successfully because that red circle says u see but then u end stream and nothing. Sucks.

March 13, 2022 at 1:17 pmThat was very useful. The YouTube Live stream works fine, but the FB one doesn't. Not sure if I'm not entering the address/key correctly. You do have to remove the s from rmtp in order for the app to see it as a valid address. Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong.

March 13, 2022 at 1:17 pmSince youtube requires 100 followers to livestream from your phone, I figured out how to get it running with twitch. Not hard once you understand the terminology. But anyway, I got LOTS of drop-outs during my little test. I'm using Android and I'm on a fiber-fed wifi — no excuse for drop-outs — but it would miss like 30 seconds at a time and then come back. I hope it gets more reliable than that. So far, reporting news is the only real idea I have for legitimate use, but it does seem cool if it's reliable. I did seem to get a second update just now, not sure if it will improve it or not.

Apparently the livestream feature is NOT available for the Air 2, unfortunately. I'm wondering if anyone else can confirm this as well.
