Utah gets way too much credit for the Forrest Gump spot lol. It also deprives the Navajos of much needed tourist income as the park gets ignored because of our celebrity worshipping.

March 8, 2022 at 11:45 amSorry I missed it this morning. Change to my personal YT account and I miss the notices. (I suppose if I subscribed to notices on the personal one, this wouldn't happen.) Anyway, other than the standard "good work" comment, a couple of things.
There were 2 places (e.g. 2:52) where you switched shots when the music was way down. Oddly, the transition was jarring since there was nothing happening in the music. It's almost like I would have liked to see a smooth slow crossfade there. Shrug.
Also, there were a number of shots (e.g. 3:38 and 3:42) where you had the colored light rays from the sun coming across the view. Was that simply from your ND filter or did you have something else on there to do that? Or did you do it in post with an off-screen lens flare?
Regardless, love the work… 🦊
