You were favourable towards the DJI fpv now and seemed to change with Brett Caramella now saying the image is inferior.

Fantastic. The GoPro 10 appears to have overheating problems

Appreciate this! I've been really disappointed in the DJI FPV camera, this helps me troubleshoot

So FVP 1 is not good? Better wait version 2? Or buy pro or Air2s?

    You forgot the latency.

So I recently purchased the DJI FPV and I have been watching a bunch of your videos. What camera would your recommend pairing with the DJI for extended cinematography? Would you go action camera like the DJI or the GoPro9 or would you go more traditional Nikon or Canon. Or maybe Sony or Panasonic?

But what about Photo Mode? Can you take Photos with DJI FPV? And if you can, can you take it straight down to the ground?

Can I restrict the camera FOV? I do not want such a wide angle distortioned image and props showing . That would be the only thing preventing me from seriously considering this drone . Thank you for your help .

To be honest I like the it’s a great camera but lacks the 24 FPS like he mentions I want to love it but I feel like I haven’t had enough time with it.. with enough adjustments I feel like I’ll enjoy it much more than I do now.If you are a videographer I would still choose Mavic pro two over the new fpv

I try to do manual settings on all my quads now to better myself but found I battled with the camera settings in the DJI FPV a bit. I have been sticking with D-Cinelike now and getting better results in post.
This is a great video with a lot to gain and learn from so thank you for your time and knowledge. ✌🏻

Great video, it’s hard to decide between mavic air 2 and fpv, is the mavic capable to do cinematic with fast moves or should I just go for the fpv that have both of those? Wondering which one have a bigger range of capabilities on shooting time

The DJI FPV Camera is unfortunately not good enough. I have one and post processed the f.. out of it hoping I would recover some sharpness and noise reduction .Looking at it on an imac 27inch it looks fairly terrible. I really wanted it to be good and having a great tool to create more dynamic drone footage for my projects. It was wish-full thinking and realize I made a mistake buying it.

Looked through several reviews and this is the one that really mattered. The best settings on each, no auto. Thank you

I have never tried a drone. What kind of maneuvers are possible with a FPV drone that aren’t possible with a Mavic? Is it easier to point camera into right direction with a FPV?

Appreciate you mentioned the pros of the DJI FPV at the end of the video. Got mine on the way and felt a bit disheartened there for a sec. But all good!!! Still can’t wait to fly this thing!

Learned from this video a lot. Thanks for putting out quality content. I’m actually quite happy with DJI FPV’s footage at the end of the day but of course there’s always room for improvement.

Very helpful insights. Thanks! What I love about DJI FPV is having the balance between thrill and “cinematic”. Not an expert yet but so far loving the immersive experience.

How does the dji fpv take a picture lol, I can only take a video

All FPV drones have gyro, hence stabilized flying mode. You can fly your GoPro8 like Mavic, but with fixed camera angle.

Just thought I would come back and chide you again for saying the DJI quad flies smooth. Fuckin' embarrassing. This is what a smooth quad flies like. No stabilization.

I wondering how good the camera was on the drone, thanks for doing this comparison and deep drive in the camera spec's and performance. Great video, and thanks for sharing.

In the event I buy the new fpv drone with the drone, goggles & controller. Would the goggles and controller be compatible with another different drone that is also on the dji digital system?

why can't you get a smooth cinematic image with 50/60fps and a 100/120 shutter speedy? you can interpret it as 24/25fps and use an ND filter, once they're on the marked.

Very good review. I also like that the lighting in your room and the picture is perfect (unlike in other videos, where they talk about colour grading and their own stuff looks just terrible…)
