In the United States such violation is a 36 CFR § 2.2 and in Illinois it would be in addition a $1,000 minimum penalty (520 ILCS 5/ ).
In Canada your blatant violations of, but not limited to: the Canada Wildlife Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. W-9) and Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 41 and other Statues. In sum: you are liable for penalties in a minimum of thousands of dollars, and other penalties.

February 28, 2022 at 10:59 pmI have dreams about flying this drone even though I have never flown one. This is what I pictured as the ultimate drone flying and still do. Someday I hope to own one of these and fly the propellers off of it! It's been such a bad couple of years with the Covid and all that it has set me back so far I can't see straight. Someday. They will probably be up to the DJI FPV 3 by then :). Great flying Steve and great video. I've watched it at least 20 times and probably will another 20. Terrific video, thanks for creating and uploading it!

I'd imagine it's as same as Go Pro Hero 8 with slight difference in specs.

The filming done by you is great and enjoyable (I wish that there were this much beautiful locations here in India too, so that I can click some pics and film some videos with my Mini 2!)
DJI FPV is a great one!
So powerful and pretty durable.(If you don't crash it badly)
Its motion controller is also very cool, as cool as Skydio 2's Beacon, I think!

February 28, 2022 at 10:59 pmI know what you mean about DJI camera drones being boring and less than 'engaging' to fly, my Mavic Mini gets like that sometimes.⚠️😯😊
But when I feel I need something much more engaging and more interesting and fun to fly, my goto drone is my £5 RC Logger Eye One Xtreme, grin factor is off the scale, the thing is a blast to fly, no GPS, no altirude hold, no optical flow sensor, just powerful brushless motors and a very light frame, makes for a very agile, compelling flying machine. 😎👍

I've promised the girlfriend I won't buy any more drones, but that FPV looks a lot of fun. I'm trying to convince myself she'd prefer it to an engagement ring.

CAPTAIN DRONE: Try flying the DJI drone with the motion controller. With your flying style this is absolutly no problem, will look as cinematic as in manual mode mit convetional radios. But you only need 1(!!) Hand (the other is in the pocket) and this one hand can wear gloves without any problems, as long as you can trigger a gun, you can fly the drone.
1 Hand exposed = only half so cold
